Requirements:
Were looking for engineering leaders. This is a challenging role where youll be liaising directly with our customers and various levels of stakeholders. So youll need to be a strong communicator.
Ideally, youll already be working in a team leading capacity, or as a Process Team Leader. You could be currently working as a Technologist, a Process Specialist or a Production Manager. Wed also be interested in hearing from Senior Engineers looking to go into their first management role.
As a minimum, we would be looking for you to have:
- Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical or other hygienic industries
- A technical or project management degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of working within, or leading, a technically oriented team
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- AutoCAD software experience
Although not essential, it would be nice if you have:
- Experience of using scheduling tools (e.G. Microsoft Project)
- SAP experience
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to engineers
- Acting as the interface point for customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence with relevant SPX Flow procedures and practices (e.g. IDEFs)
- Managing the engineering process to ensure outputs meet schedule, budgetary and quality requirements
- Ensuring that the scope delivered from engineering is aligned with the agreed contract or proposal requirements
