Requirements:
- • A relevant degree or industry experience in an agency setting
- • Experience in launching websites and managing migrations
- • Proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme development and WooCommerce
- • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery
- • Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP)
- • Knowledge of technical SEO and tracking, including Google services like Analytics and Google Search Console
- • Hands-on experience with various web development technologies and marketing platforms
- • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and effectively prioritise workload
- • Strong communication skills, willingness to voice concerns, and collaborative spirit within the team
- • A keen eye for detail and organisational prowess
Responsibilities:
- • Conducting meetings with colleagues and client teams to identify website requirements
- • Crafting website layouts for intuitive user experiences
- • Developing websites in WordPress, prioritising mobile-first responsive design and integrating graphics and video elements
- • Adding new pages, updating existing client websites, and incorporating new features using coding expertise or plugins
- • Testing websites across various browsers and mobile interfaces, debugging as needed
- • Transforming .ai or .psd files into pixel-perfect websites
- • Assessing and enhancing website security through updated software installations
