JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- We-re not looking for any specific qualifications.     - Be fluent in English and Danish - Have experience in delivering great customer service 

- Have experience of working in an operational role - Have the ability to work well within a team - Have experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Although not essential, IT would also be useful if you have:  

- Experience working with SAP - Experience working in the manufacturing or engineering sectors

Responsibilities:
- Raising customer purchase orders, - Creating pricing, credit memos and return authorisation requests, - Working closely with our Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial and Technical Services teams to resolve customer queries - Being the first point of contact for all quotation, query and order management enquiries via telephone and email

- Ensuring compliance
and control guidelines are adhered to (for example, customer documentation and discounts)

This is a busy and demanding customer service role where you can expect direct contact with our customers for up to 90% of your time.
