JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of and effectiveness in the following areas :-

-Talent Mapping (9 Box Grid, maintain it, update it)

-Understanding of different learning styles (knowledge of Honey & Mumford preferred)

-Organisational and Individual development

-Developing Competency Frameworks

This position will not suit a person reacting to managers requests to book their staff on training courses. A coaching style when dealing with management is required.
Responsibilities:
This position will suit a commercially minded, proactive professional, keen to get an understanding of what makes each
individual tick, what knowledge gaps they may have, how best to develop them, while ensuring the development aligns with the critical points needed to get to the 3 year plan. Developing competency frameworks, the induction process, working on people career plans to help retention, looking at Diversity, Inclusion, Wellbeing are all key responsibilities.
