- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, verbal and written. You need to be able to express yourself clearly and creatively in both languages.
- Previous online CRM experience (2+ years ).
- Loves A/B testing, and knows how to use the results to improve performance.
- Experience in Segmentation and complex customer journeys.
- Marketer mindset: Eing able to see the customer base at a macro level and act on insights.
- Detail orientated - and an opinion on what constitutes great creative design assets.
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player in a flat hierarchy and a fast- Aced environment, where the only constant is change.
- Experience of managing and maintaining CRM systems and experience of digital retention strategies is an advantage.
- Good understanding of web analytics; email broadcast tools and client patterns and running reports.
- Keen eye for data.
- A keen interest for sports betting, casino and understanding of betting clients.
- Customer service experienced.
- Analytical mind- Et to learn from mistakes and being able to get actionable insights from them.
- Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns.
- Strong and proven MS Excel skills.
- HTML and CSS experience will be considered an asset.
- Proactive, driven, passionate and able to adapt according to situations. A real go- Getter.
- Creative and with a willingness to try and test new things and continuously improve.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Able to manage time and work under tight deadlines.
Actividades a realizar:
Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you will work closely with will work closely with the entire marketing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess exceptional creativity, a can- Do attitude and superb
organisational skills.
- Reporting to the CRM manager, develop and execute a CRM strategy for our client
- Execute the whole campaign process flow, from definition of segments, brief, concept and content, liaising with all the relevant departments to perform all the necessary checks, set up of back Office and follow up of promo results.
- Create and update templates and procedures for the Customer Retention path, including writing e- Mails and setup SMS campaigns.
- Ideate and create campaigns and co- Ordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Design Team, Content Managers, Product Managers and etc. ).
- Request, analyse and use relevant data to identify key customer segments and propose how to better the process.
- Aid the Department Manager with building and developing a strong CRM program for shops, online betting and product cross over.
- Look to continually create the best creative briefs. Aid the Department Management with continually generating interesting and engaging competitions / promotions and reasons to bet with our group.
- Ensuring all new content and promotions are correctly tagged for tracking with in- House and third party analytics solutions.
- Work closely with the Content, Design, Fraud and Data warehouse teams; ensuring all the departments are aligned on CRM activities and making sure all deliveries are correct and within deadlines
- Work with the Department Management with ensuring all CRM, Promotional content / messaging are compliant and that industry standards are enforced.
- Assist the Department Management with overseeing fault resolution for assigned websites/areas - acting as point of contact between Marketing and IT.
