Job Description

As a Project Manager, you ensure bespoke projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and on budget. It is expected that you will manage multiple concurrent projects with a variety of deliverables; from the latest web technologies, to exceptional design aesthetics, to effective marketing and content initiatives.

You will be expected to be client-facing on a daily basis to build a relationship and level of trust that defines Like Digital & Partners. You also will use your team-working skills to engage with colleagues, inspire fellow Project Managers, and clearly share your vision with the delivery team.

The ideal candidate brings to the role a portfolio featuring a wide range of projects, successfully fostering them from kickoff to launch. You have proven your adaptability in learning new skills and ramping up quickly on projects. But above all, you have a history of delivering large-scale projects that satisfy both client and company objectives.


·        Maintain client relationships that will last even after your project is complete

·        Create achievable project timelines, as well as technical or deliverable scopes of work

·        Identify scope creep, and audit internal team progress to compare with KPIs

·        Produce weekly reports for clients and internally on project performance with RACI / RAG ratings

·        Problem-solving on your feet to react to ever-evolving project needs

·        Engage in a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

·        Carry out post-project analysis for financial review and to highlight lessons learned

·        Spot potential opportunities with clients and assist Account Managers in writing the SOWs

·        Help support peers, including your fellow PMs, resolving issues / identify reasons for celebration

·        Ensuring

that the websites are aligned for campaign launches; ensuring that they go-live and finish at the correct times across both websites and coordinating with other members of the team for the creation of banners and other content assets.


Work Experience

·        4+ years project management, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

·        Experience in Salesforce and other platforms would be advantageous

·        Strong stakeholder management

·        Demonstrable experience taking the lead on mid to large scale web design & content projects in the luxury and/or hospitality sector

·        Effectively manage budgets, timescales and profit throughout the project lifecycle

·        Ability to break down big ideas simply and fully understand the pain-points and objectives of our clients while adhering to an agency-first approach

·        A passion for digital delivery

·        Experience with a variety of brands

·        Basic knowledge/interest in HTML & CSS - Experiences with WordPress, HTML and CSS (basic to intermediate) is helpful, but not required
