Requirements:
- 5+ years- experience in fund administration in a financial setting, be IT in private equity or wealth management
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- You must have the right to work in the UK - no sponsorships offered
Responsibilities:
- Monitor fund liquidity and manage fund capital calls
- Update and maintain private equity holdings valuations
- Liaise with the external fund administrator/ custodians to ensure correct NAV calculations
- Ensure all fund expenses are correctly reflected and apportioned to clients
- Review all performance and management fee calculations for accuracy
- Calculate deal carry and performance fees
- Prepare periodic client private equity holdings reports
- Assemble and maintain direct deal private equity deal budgets
- Update investor share register where applicable
- Daily check of liquid portfolios to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Work with annual fund audit to complete fund financial statements
- Provide some support to the Financial Controller in his daily accounting duties, and will serve as a back up when he is on leave.
