- English fluency and strong writing skills
- Proficiency with Adobe suite to include Illustrator, Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Reliability and discretion
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong initiative - not waiting for a task to be assigned is essential
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience creating/editing graphics for personalised items
- Related graphic and design certifications
